What you will do:
This position is unique and is only for this willing to put in the hard work. We are currently looking for a recruiter/sales development.
-Identify candidates through various sourcing tools
-screen and interview candidates
-maintain relationships with candidates
-Partner with your Director of BD to help in onboarding, training, and manage new recruits
-write and edit proposals
-manage sales documents
You will join a training program that will provide you with the mindset, structure, and sales skills to be a success. You’ll be trained 1 on 1 with a director that’s been in the same shoes you are. They’ll be able to provide the training you’ll need to be a success. The expectation is that as you gain more experience and knowledge you’ll be promoted within the sales department.
