We are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced Handyperson to cover domestic properties across the Central Belt of Scotland.

This is a mobile role, offering a great opportunity for someone with a strong all-round maintenance background looking for a stable, long-term position.

🔧 The Role:

Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across domestic properties

*

Basic works including:

*

Joinery

*

Plumbing (basic)

*

Painting & decorating

*

Patch repairs and general upkeep

*

Responding to reactive maintenance issues

*

Completing planned maintenance tasks (PPM)

*

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

*

Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes

*

Participating in an on-call rota

✅ Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Handyperson / Maintenance Operative / Multi-Skilled Technician

*

Strong all-round knowledge of domestic maintenance

*

Ability to work independently in a mobile role

*

Good problem-solving skills

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Customer-focused approach
