A respected and growing manufacturer of high-quality bespoke furniture is looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Furniture Maker to join their skilled workshop team.

This role is perfect for a craftsman who takes pride in precision, enjoys working on detailed, one-off pieces, and prefers quality over volume production.

You'll be part of a talented, collaborative workshop producing premium furniture to exceptional standards.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Role)

As a Bench Joiner / Furniture Maker, you will:

* Produce high-quality furniture from technical drawings

* Work with a range of premium timbers and materials

* Use hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and accurately

* Collaborate with designers and workshop colleagues

* Inspect, refine, and finish completed pieces to top standards

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop

What We're Looking For (About You)

You should have:

* Previous experience as a Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker, or similar

* Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials

* Confidence reading and working from technical drawings

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Ability to work independently and manage your workload

* Genuine passion for bespoke, high-quality craftsmanship

Experience with custom or one-off furniture is highly advantageous.
