Cover Supervisor - Secondary School

Pay: £90 - £95 per day

We are seeking reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our set of vibrant secondary schools in Warrington.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will supervise whole classes, deliver pre-set lesson plans, and ensure a positive and focused learning environment.

Supervise lessons across a range of subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Support students in completing work set by the teacher.
Maintain a calm and purposeful learning atmosphere.
Provide feedback on classroom activity to teaching staff.

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Confidence in leading a class with a professional presence.
Experience working with children or young people.All candidates will be required to undergo child protection and UK eligibility checks, and be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
