We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor on an ongoing basis. This role involves carrying out extra works and reactive plumbing tasks across occupied and void properties. A van will be provided, and a valid DBS check is required due to the nature of the sites.

Key Responsibilities of the Plumber:

* Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and additional works in residential properties

* Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and safely

* Work both independently and as part of a wider maintenance team

* Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations and to high quality standards

* Maintain clear records of work completed

Requirements of the Plumber:

* Valid DBS Check (or willingness to obtain)

* JIB-PMES Card - Plumbing & Mechanical Services

* Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA or IATP approved)

* Proven experience in domestic plumbing, ideally within social housing

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Full UK Driving Licence (for van use)
