JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to work at a manufacturing site in Runcorn

This is a Permanent role starting immediately

Starting salary is £40,294 per annum plus 40 % shift allowance

Hours are 4 on 4 off 2 days 6am-6pm & 2 nights 6pm-6am

Duties & Skills include:

• Managing distribution of work
• Be able to lead by example
• Managing performance of the team
• Ensuring efficient running of production in areas of responsibility
• Handling shift handovers
• Liaising with other departments to enable production workflow
• Enjoy working with people and have clear communication skills
• organised and methodical

Due to the nature of the role experience as a team leader in a manufacturing environment is needed to be considered
