Our client, an independent NSI Gold-accredited security systems installer, is seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to join their professional team. Covering North London and the Home Counties, this is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a passion for delivering quality service and technical excellence.

The Role:

* Service and maintain a range of security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercom systems.

* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and professionally.

* Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company on client sites.

* Work in compliance with NSI and industry standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in servicing and maintaining electronic security systems.

* Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge across multiple platforms.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

* NSI/SSAIB experience or accreditations desirable but not essential.
