About the Role:

Supporting students with a variety of SEND needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and complex requirements
Assisting teachers with classroom activities, planning, and individualised support
Helping to create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
Working collaboratively with staff, families, and professionals Ideal Candidate:

A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual
Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND (not essential-full training provided)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
A proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting learners
