What You'll Be Doing as a Retail Recruitment Administrator:

As part of our friendly and high-energy sales team, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. You'll also get exposure to other areas like marketing, HR, and finance. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Answering calls and directing them to the right person
Checking and responding to emails
Speaking to potential job candidates
Keeping our database up-to-date and organised
Assisting the sales team with tasks to help them hit their targets
Supporting other departments when needed

What We're Looking For in our next Retail Recruitment Administrator:

You don't need loads of experience, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn! Ideally, you should:

Be comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Have good communication skills and enjoy talking to people
Be organised and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Work well in a team but also get things done independently
Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential!

Location: Warrington Head Office (Riverside Court, Chester Road, WA4 6AR)
Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
