We're hiring for a fully remote sales role with a well-established UK insurance provider. If you have experience in outbound sales, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking for a role that offers both stability and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Make #removed# outbound calls per day via an automated dialler
Speak with new, existing, and previous customers
Recommend suitable insurance products for household appliances and technology
Achieve daily sales targets (7-10 sales per day)
Build rapport with customers while following a compliant sales processWhat We're Looking For

A minimum of 12 months' experience in outbound sales (call centre or telesales essential)
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals
Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
A quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connectionWhat's on Offer

£24,500 basic salary
On-target earnings between £30,000-£33,000 (top performers exceed this)
Monday-Friday working pattern (no weekends, occasional Bank Holidays)
33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
