Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

Migration Projects:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of technology projects for Client's global operations. This role focuses on system migration initiatives and the rollout and ongoing maintenance of an internal application for store users, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.You will manage projects from inception to go-live, delivering on time, within scope, and budget. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute migration activities for core business systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Align migration with business processes and compliance requirements.
• Salesforce and Clienteling delivery experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience of working within a Retail or Ecommerce background highly desirable. Internal App Deployment & Maintenance:
• Oversee rollout of a store-facing application, ensuring usability and performance.
• Establish processes for ongoing support, updates, and enhancements post-launch.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders across Retail, Wholesale, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Communicate effectively in both technical and business contextsQualifications & Experience
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, including migration initiatives and Clienteling app delivery.
• Track record of delivering multi-project portfolios within large-scale organizations.
• Strong understanding of retail technology environments and store operations.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
