About the Role

This Fixed Term Contract role is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver high-value HR initiatives across multiple sites. You’ll be partnering with senior leaders to embed improved people processes and support organisational growth.

You will take ownership of several strategic programmes, including:

Performance Management Transformation

  • Design and implement a modern performance management framework
  • Enable a culture of continuous development and accountability
  • Coach leaders to adopt and sustain new processes

Skills Matrix Development

  • Build a comprehensive skills matrix across all functions
  • Identify capability gaps and future workforce needs
  • Support training programmes and internal mobility

Succession Planning

  • Develop structured, long-term succession plans
  • Work closely with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent
  • Strengthen the overall leadership pipeline

Policy & Procedure Overhaul

  • Review, update and modernise existing HR policies
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and clarity across the organisation
  • Drive improvements that elevate employee experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced HR Consultant or Senior HR generalist
  • Confident in delivering organisational development and HR transformation projects
  • Skilled in performance management, workforce planning, and policy creation
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence and partner at all levels
  • Analytical, solution-focused, and able to deliver meaningful change
