Job Title: M&E Shift Engineer

Location: Feltham
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime (x1.5)
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - Days & Nights (06:00 - 18:00)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable M&E Shift Engineer to join a dedicated team working on a prestigious facilities management contract in Feltham. This is a permanent position offering stability, development opportunities, and exposure to state-of-the-art equipment in a high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on a wide range of mechanical & electrical systems

*

Maintain and fault-find on:

*

Electrical power and lighting systems

*

HVAC plant and associated systems

*

Heating and cooling systems

*

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in line with health and safety and compliance requirements

*

Provide excellent customer service and uphold contract standards

*

Work as part of a team on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern covering days and nights

What We're Looking For:

*

Minimum 8 years' UK experience in an M&E/facilities maintenance environment

*

Strong background with M&E systems and building services

*

Stable work history with relevant qualifications (Electrical/Mechanical)

*

Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
