What you'll do as a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs

• Assist with tailored learning activities and classroom inclusion

• Encourage independence, communication, and confidence

• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support progress

What we're looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience supporting children with SEN (school, nursery, or care setting)

• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

• Flexibility to work across different schools and settings

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
