Scanning and Print Room Technician
Temporary Assignment | £15.66 per hour LTD | £12.21 PAYE
Full-time | Based on-site in Ashford
We're currently working with a client in Ashford who are seeking a Scanning and Print Room Technician to support their digital services team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Scanning and indexing archived legal and corporate documents into a digital document management system (Idox DMS)
Supporting digital print services alongside the Senior Digital Reprographics Officer
Completing print room tasks such as envelope stuffing, laminating, spiral and wire binding, padding, and booklet folding
Maintaining accurate records of all scanning jobs to support internal tracking and cross-charging
Working independently to ensure timely and efficient service deliveryRequirements:

Good standard of education (GCSE level or equivalent)
Experience using Microsoft Office and logging data
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
Friendly and flexible team playerExperience in a print room or digital reprographics environment is desirable but not essential.
