Technical or mechanical background with solid automotive knowledge
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the motor trade
Strong understanding of car technology and workshop processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to support and mentor technicians and team members
Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months
Knowledge of health and safety protocols within an automotive environment
