About the role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the gardening sundries department, ensuring excellent standards, strong merchandising, and great customer service.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the department team
Maintain high merchandising and stock standards
Deliver excellent customer service
Support sales and department performanceThe ideal candidate

You'll have relevant retail or garden centre experience and be confident supervising a team. You'll have a good eye for merchandising and a hands-on, customer-focused approach. Good product knowledge across garden tools, composts, fertilisers, planters, and all relevant garden accessories
