We're working with a prestigious residential development in the heart of Westminster to recruit a confident and professional Night Concierge. As the overnight face of the building, you'll ensure residents feel safe, supported, and at home-delivering five-star service while maintaining security, cleanliness, and operational standards throughout your shift.

• £28,000 annual salary

• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (12-hour night shifts: 8PM-8AM)

• 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays)

• Monitor CCTV, manage access control, and ensure building security at all times

• Manage parcels, deliveries, and key handling with accuracy and care

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable front-of-house environment

• Respond to emergencies or incidents calmly and according to protocol

• Ensure the building always reflects the high standards of its residents

• Prior experience as a night concierge, security concierge, or front-of-house professional

• Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

• Excellent attention to detail and awareness of building safety procedures

• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• Professional appearance and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction
