Amnesty International UK (AIUK) has a simple aim: an end to human rights abuses. If you want to use your skills, knowledge, and experience to help fight for human rights, you could be our new Digital Product and Content Manager.

About the role

The Data, Digital, and Technology Transformation team are driving a large-scale change programme for AIUK. We are on a mission to revolutionise our digital platforms to better align with our strategic goals, ensuring our technology, data and digital capabilities empower our work. The Digital Content and Product Manager is accountable for ensuring our new digital products and content meet users' needs. This role also will collaborate with project leads and digital agencies to develop key digital products, including the AIUK website and knowledge hub and community platform. The day to day of this role involves collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders including design and development teams to elevate the overall user experience of digital products. This is an opportunity to leverage technology for social good and contribute to a global human rights impact.

  • You're skilled in developing and managing digital products and platforms.
  • You have great project management skills and can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • You have experience of conducting planning and conducting usability testing.
  • You can work well in agile cross-functional project teams.
  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
  • You also have a good knowledge of user experience best practices.
