SALARY: £20000 - £23000/annum

Our client based in Letchworth is looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator, on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Credit Reports. Duties: · Process applications for new accounts · Create new customer accounts on the system · Set credit limits for new accounts, increase credit limits and update terms · Reviewing analysing Credit Reports · Making decisions on Credit Limits · Process account changes and closures · Liaise with other departments · Dealing with Direct Debit mandates and updating them when required · Process bank statements · Process rejected payments · Department reporting · Ad hoc duties About you: · Attention to detail · Good communications skills, both written verbal · Good I.T. skills, including MS Excel · Previous experience of reviewing analysing Credit Reports
