Job Overview

A reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver is required for day-shift work based in Hinckley. The role involves carrying out safe, efficient, and timely deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate a 7.5T vehicle in compliance with company and road safety regulations

* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

* Load and unload parcels safely and securely

* Complete multi-drop deliveries within the designated route and timeframe

* Provide a professional and friendly service to customers

* Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld devices

* Follow all site instructions and adhere to operational procedures

Requirements

* Valid 7.5T (Category C1) driving licence

* Valid CPC and Tachograph card

* Previous experience in multi-drop or commercial driving preferred

* Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Physically fit and able to handle parcels when required
