Construction Coordinator

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah - Virtual/Remote

Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour DOE

Reports to: Construction Manager

Areas of Expertise: Working with RFQs, SoWs, Change orders, project accounting

Overview: The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support for the construction management department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up new projects in ICASTs ERP and Project Management systems, Acumatica and Smartsheets, respectively. This position tracks materials, prepares site inspection forms, utility rebate documents, communicates with vendors, coordinates with site supervisors and project managers, and daily problem solving.


Must Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Change Orders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders
  • Organization and Prioritization of work on multiple projects simultaneously (multi-tasking skills)
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Detail oriented
  • Microsoft Outlook and Office proficiency
  • Project Management and ERP software user
  • Accounting experience with:
  • Change Orders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders
  • Lien Waivers
  • Payment Request Process
  • Invoicing Clients

Construction Administrative experience with:

  • Project Coordination
  • Daily Reports
  • Inspection Reports
  • Scheduling
  • Organization and Prioritization of work on multiple projects simultaneously
