Early Years Teaching Assistant - Nurture Young Minds from the Start
Location: Stoke-On-Trent | Contract: Full-Time | Start Date: September 2025

We're proud to be working with a well-regarded Early Years setting to recruit a committed Early Years Teaching Assistant who will thrive under the guidance of a skilled EYFS Lead and contribute meaningfully to a child's foundational learning journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to a setting where each child's individuality is celebrated and supported.

The Role:
Working in partnership with the EYFS Lead and classroom teacher, you will:
- Support the delivery of high-quality early years provision aligned with the EYFS framework
- Provide personalised support tailored to the developmental needs and learning styles of each child
- Assist in planning and facilitating imaginative, play-based learning activities
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish
- Observe and monitor progress, contributing to assessments and forward planning
- Encourage personal, social, and emotional development in young learners
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child's development holistically

About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 2 or above in Early Years Education and Childcare
- Experienced in an EYFS or nursery setting
- Confident in their knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practice in early years education
- Skilled at adapting their support to meet individual learning and developmental needs
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of every child
- A collaborative team player with creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for early years learning
