Know How Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker (Picker/Packer) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to materials handling, stocking, and shipping & receiving. This position requires physical stamina and a keen attention to detail, as you will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that all products are stored and dispatched correctly.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8.15am till 5pm

Duties

* Load and unload goods from lorries and containers efficiently

* Perform picking & packing of orders accurately

* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

* Support stocking activities to ensure shelves are replenished as needed

* Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and productivity

Skills

* Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential

* Proficiency in forklift operation is advantageous

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 is beneficial

* Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

* Experience in materials handling, including heavy lifting capabilities

* Ability to perform construction-related tasks when necessary

* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

* Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team
