A fast growing and privately owned company with many stores nationwide are looking for hardworking, customer centred staff members to join the established and experienced team located in the Plymouth area.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be required to work within a team and independently. This role is critical in ensuring a high level accuracy for all ledger postings associated with overheads.

Do you have proven experience of processing invoices from suppliers, the ability to review aged debt through from query to resolution, able to complete bank reconciliations, process and investigate profit and loss through to review and reporting stage?

Do you have an excellent eye for detail and proven track record of working with the MS office suite (Excel-intermediate/advanced, Word, Outlook).  Are you able to analyse and process large volumes of data within a fast-paced and pressurised environment?

There is an excellent opportunity for an Overheads Manager/Assistant to the Finance Officer who will be responsible for dealing with and lead on the key aspects of the companies overheads through all transactional stages.
