What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing engineering candidates across London.

Building strong relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, and tech engineering.

Matching skilled engineers to temporary, contract, and permanent roles.

*

Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job adverts to job placements.

*

Attending site visits, client meetings, and industry events to expand your network.

*

Working towards achievable weekly and monthly targets with support and ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with both candidates and clients.

*

A motivated, resilient personality suited to a fast-paced environment.

*

Interest in engineering or technical industries (no prior experience required).

*

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a target-driven environment.

*

Previous sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential.
