Service Engineer to install, maintain, train our customers and support these products. The role will be based in our Cannock head office and approx. 50% of the time will be assisting the factory manager ensure our factory runs efficiently. The other 50% will be spent visiting customers for machine installs, customer service calls or fault finding. As this is very diverse role, it would ideally suit a candidate looking for some opportunities for exciting international travel. Typically working in England and then having to be able to travel internationally within a few days of notice.

Package : £30,000 to £34,000 DOE + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Fully Expensed Company Car + Company Pension + Tablet + Mobile + Uniform + Training and Progression Opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Carry out all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and commissioning tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Determine customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers through high-quality work and positive customer service attitude.
• Long-term potential for involvement with our Global locations.

Requirements:

• Full, clean driving license.
• A level of relevant experience in field service essential.
• An interest in or understanding of mechanical equipment and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of electrical or pneumatic control technology is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules. The position will include extensive weekday travel in the UK and occasional world travel, a passport is essential.
