KS2 Class Teacher

Location: Southwark, South East London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience and scale)

Remedy Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southwark to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher to start in September 2025. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for teachers who are committed to making a long-term impact.

About the Role

Full-time KS2 class teacher position within a vibrant and supportive primary school

Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and achievement

Plan, assess, and track pupil progress in line with the national curriculum

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and SLT to raise standards across the school

Support children's personal development and well-being

About You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2

Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks

Ability to differentiate learning and support pupils with varying needs

High expectations for both behaviour and achievement

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
