Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing/Heating/Mechanical)

Location: Marston, Oxford

Package: £41,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Out of Hours On-Call Rota 1 in 5 weeks)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my client's team, covering a commercial site in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

* Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.

* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU's, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.

* Monitor BMS

* Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.

* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Level 3 NVQ equivalent in an Engineering related field - Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing etc.

* Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.

* Knowledge of commercial building systems

* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
