We’re looking for an enthusiastic Cleaning Assistant This is a rewarding role where the work you do contributes directly to the wellbeing and dignity of our residents.

• Following daily and deep cleaning schedules to make sure every area is cleaned to the highest standard.
• Working within a designated area allocated by the Shift Leader.
• Ensuring all tasks meet infection control policies, procedures and best practice guidelines.

• Helping maintain a clean, hygienic environment that feels like home for our residents and welcoming to visitors.
• Storing all cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly in line with COSHH regulations and Health & Safety policies.
• Reporting any defects or hazards immediately to management to ensure everyone’s safety.
• Being respectful, sensitive and always mindful of each resident’s privacy and dignity.
• Adapting positively to changes in procedures or schedules as the needs of the service evolve.
• Following all COSHH, infection control and risk assessment procedures relevant to your role.

No previous care home experience? No problem. It is the Domestic assistant experience we need.
