The Opportunity

As Contracts Manager, you'll:

* Lead multiple passive fire protection contracts from mobilisation through to completion

* Drive quality, compliance, and safety across all works

* Oversee RAMS, ITPs, QA, site records, and programme delivery

* Provide on-site technical leadership, mentoring, and training

* Act as the key client contact and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded

* Collaborate with surveyors, commercial managers, and delivery teams

* Support business development and help shape how we grow

This is a national role with site visits and occasional overnight stays — best suited to someone hands-on, collaborative, and trusted in front of clients.

What You'll Bring

* 5+ years' experience in passive fire protection contracts management

* Working knowledge of FIRAS, CDM, Approved Document B, and Building Safety legislation

* HNC/HND/Degree in construction or equivalent (NVQ 6/7)

* CSCS card, full UK driving licence

* IFE Level 2/3 in Passive Fire Protection (preferred or working towards)

* Strong leadership, technical, organisational, and client-facing skills

* Passion for doing things right — first time, every time
