We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner or Solicitor to join our team. As a Clinical Negligence case handler, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of clinical negligence claims, providing legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered harm due to medical negligence. Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to completion- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation- Interview clients and gather relevant information- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings.- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files- Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts as needed- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:- Experience in clinical negligence law- Proven track record of successfully handling clinical negligence cases- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
