Cover Supervisor - Bracknell Secondary School

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic cover supervisor to join our team at a secondary school in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of a teacher and ensuring that they are engaged in classwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise pupils in the absence of a teacher.Encourage pupils to interact and become more independent in their learning.Establish trust with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs.Assist pupils with tasks as needed.Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.Requirements:

Experience working with children in a classroom setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work long term and day-to-day positions starting in January.Benefits:
