This is a pivotal role within the school, acting as the welcoming face for prospective families and guiding them seamlessly through every stage of the admissions process. You will ensure each family receives a warm, professional, and personalised experience that reflects the school's ethos and high standards.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and senior leadership, you will help deliver engaging open days, tours, and community events that showcase the school's strengths. Your work will play a key role in supporting enrolment targets and shaping the future school community.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the full admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment

Serve as the main point of contact for prospective parents and families

Maintain accurate admissions data and systems

Build strong relationships with nurseries and feeder schools

Support and lead on admissions events such as open days and school tours

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to enhance the school's visibility and engagement

About You

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with strong administrative abilities

Confident in managing data and using school or CRM databases

Previous experience in admissions, education (independent school experience desirable but not essential)
