Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading care and education provider with operations across the country and focused on delivering high quality care and support to Children and Adults.

This unique and recognised employer is seeking a Children Home Manager for their OFSTED registered residential childcare setting in the Walsall area.

The Children Home Manager in Walsall will:

* Lead and manage this OFSTED registered service.

* Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

* Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary staff team to provide the highest standards of care and support.

The Children Home Manager will need:

* Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.

* Experience of holding registration for a Residential Childcare setting.

* Effective Leadership and Management skills.
