Sales And Operation Planning Analyst| Nottinghamshire | £30,000 to £35,000 | Immediate start

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an established client based in Nottingham who is looking for an experienced Sales And Operation Planning Analyst to join their team permanent basis. You will be supporting the team to ensure the wider group is enabled to deliver the business targets. 

You will be responsible for the global Sales and Operation Planning and Analysing process management as well as all commercial reporting needs and will achieve the following.

Key responsibilities, 

To effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.

To attend meetings with management, assessing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.

To provide solid and timely financial and business analytic decision support to business partners and various stakeholders.

You will develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes and organise KPIs in line with global directives.

To manage the costings mailbox by responding within expected SLA’s to colleagues requesting new costings information.

You will deliver the S&OP process promptly, including annual plan delivery and regular forecasts.

To Interpret data, analyse results using analytics and statistical techniques.

You will develop and implement data analyses and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.

To prepare, analyse, and summarise various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.

To conduct the entire lifecycle of analytics projects, including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data from project requirements documentation to design and execution.

Ideal Person,
Have Advanced analytical skills with collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating
Confident attitude with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Have the ability to write reports
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Significant experience with managing budgets
The ability to present findings in a polished way
Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics 
Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning
Manufacturing experience
Power BI understanding
