We are looking for an experienced Children's Support Worker to step up into a Team Leader role. Lead a team in our Blackpool home and make a real difference for young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.

Your Role:

You will guide a team of care workers, providing day-to-day leadership and direct support to young people. You'll ensure a safe, nurturing, and compliant home environment.

Key Duties:

• Mentor your team and lead shifts.
• Provide hands-on care and safeguarding for young people.
• Support daily living skills, from meals to independent living.
• Lead activities and build positive relationships.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Ofsted standards.
• Work with teachers, healthcare pros, and your team.

You Must Have:

• A minimum of 18 months' experience in a children's home.
• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or be working towards it).
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• A calm, empathetic, and reliable nature.
• Flexibility for shifts and sleep-in duties.

We Offer:

• Pay: £13.50 per hour.
• Sleep-in Allowance: £53 per night.
• Shift Pattern: 15-hour shifts (1-on, 2-off rotation).
• Job Security: Permanent role after probation.
• Time Off: 210 hours of annual leave (pro rata).
