Operate and maintain CNC machines to perform tasks accurately
Interpret and understand complex mechanical drawings
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality standards
Communicate with the team and participate in meetings to improve operations
Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Maintain a clean and orderly work area

A successful CNC Machinist should have:

A strong technical background with a focus on precision machining
Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation
