We're working with a brilliant two-form entry primary in St Albans who are seeking a 1:1 SEN TA to support a pupil in Year 4 with Autism and sensory needs.

This is a consistent and rewarding role where you'll become a key part of the child's routine and progress.

What you'll need:

• Empathy, patience, and a calming approach
• Experience supporting SEN (school, care or personal)
• Able to build strong, trusting relationships

The school has a great reputation for SEN inclusion and often offers temp-to-perm pathways for the right people.
