We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dual Registered Manager to lead two children's residential homes in Leyland, Lancashire. Both homes support young people aged 7-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to shape services, support staff teams, and ensure outstanding outcomes for the children and young people in our care.

Already submitted or ready to submit SC2 registration (ideally someone who has handed in their notice and can start soon)
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential care standards
Proven track record of managing or deputy managing EBD homes
