They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic chance to be a part of a company known for its innovative solutions and high-quality products in full replacements, lift modernizations, and new builds.

Location: Hybrid role covering Southwest/South Wales

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for full replacements and modernizations of lifts.
Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of M&E Contractors/Consultants, Architects, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
Leverage your technical expertise to provide exceptional client service and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales within the lift industry, or as a Lift Engineer with a direct client-facing role.
Strong knowledge and background in the lifts sector, specifically in full replacements and modernizations.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Offer:

Competitive base salary: £40K - £50K
Attractive Bonus: Up to £25K PA
