Job Title: Multi Trade Operative / Electrician

Location: SE London (Bromley and Kent)

Pay Rate: £18.83 per hour (PAYE)

Role Length: 6 months (temporary assignment)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to specialist trades (including electrical work) and secondary trades.
• Efficiently complete tasks within required deadlines.
• Maintain and replenish stock of materials.
• Order specialist materials as needed.
• Use PDA and/or job tickets accurately and in real time.
• Ensure safe and effective use of tools and plant equipment.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience as an MOT/Electrician with Inspecting experience.
• Must have a driving license 
• Familiarity with other trades.
• Good customer care skills.
• Basic DBS disclosure required.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the location.
• Clarion vehicle provided.
