I am currently in need of a Site Manager for a main contractor based in the North London area to work on a £3 million hospital refurbishment. The Site Manager will be responsible for leading the project from initial strip out to handover to the client.

Key duties will be -

Co-ordinate trades and facilitate short to medium term look ahead programmes and manage out
Be able to lead on H&S
Lead on subcontractor management
Manage Q/A and LogisticsEssential experience needed -

Healthcare experience is preferable
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifiedThe client is looking to pay up a competitive basic salary plus benefits package including car Allowance, travel allowance, healthcare and pension.
