Position: Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding
Location: Remote / Field-Based with Office Support from Wakefield
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hour week

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team and take full ownership of new business development across your region.

Identify and target new business opportunities across the UK in ocean, air, and road freight.
Build strong client relationships and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain a strong understanding of the global freight market and trends. What We're Looking For:

Proven success in a field-based sales or BDM role within freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of ocean freight (essential), with additional experience in air and road preferred.
A well-connected network in the logistics sector and a strong hunter mentality.
Confident communicator with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals. Package:

Base Salary up to £55,000
Bonus + Uncapped Commission Structure
