Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team in this prestigious site located in Central London.

What you will be doing:

• Preparing high-quality pastries, desserts and sweet offerings
• Supporting with hospitality and events
• Delivering consistent, beautifully presented pastries and desserts
• Working closely with chefs and the hospitality teams
• Being involved with seasonal menu development and creative ideas

Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week

What we are looking for:

• Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong pastry background
• Stable work history
• Genuine passion for pastry, creativity and presentation
• Strong attention to detail and presentation with a focus on consistency
• Calm, organised and professional approach
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
