Industrial Refrigeration / Process Cooling Engineer
Food & Beverage Sector - Field-Based Role

Seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer / Process Cooling Engineer to join a growing service division across the food and beverage industry working across the South East.

This is a hands-on, field-based role working on large-scale refrigeration and cooling systems within manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and heavy commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding on industrial refrigeration and process cooling systems

* Working with ammonia, CO₂, and HFC/HFO systems (experience preferred)

* Diagnosing and repairing faults on refrigeration and chillers

* Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

* Liaising with clients on-site to provide technical support and advice

Requirements:

* Experience in either industrial refrigeration or heavy commercial refrigeration or process cooling systems within food & beverage environments

* Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

* F-Gas certification

* Experience with ammonia systems highly desirable

* Full UK driving licence

Package:

* Salary £45K-£50K+
