Are you a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Gosport is looking for a committed individual to join their team from October Half Term on a long-term, full-time basis.

?? Your Role:

You’ll play a vital part in helping pupils with additional needs access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you’ll provide tailored support both 1:1 and in small groups.

• Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
• A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
