About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established building services team on a critical site. This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber or mechanical engineer to secure a long-term role with excellent training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on plumbing and mechanical systems, including calorifiers, AHUs, TMVs, and pressurisation units.

*

Perform legionella prevention tasks such as tap flushing, temperature checks, and routine system maintenance.

*

Complete belt changes, basic pump maintenance, and in-depth plant room inspections.

*

Support shift operations and contribute to the safe, effective running of all mechanical services on site.

Up to £42,000 per year

4 on 4 off - Days Only shift pattern

Overtime available

Full training and progression routes into senior roles

Work on a stable, critical site as part of an experienced shift team

Requirements:

*

Level 2 Plumbing qualification (minimum)

*

Strong mechanical knowledge within building services or facilities maintenance

*

Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently

*

Comfortable working on a critical site and supporting the wider shift team
