The cover is Monday to Wednesday, term time only, 8 am - 4 pm. The role is a long term role to start as soon as possible.Your new roleThe school is a 4 form entry school and looking for an Attendance Administrator to join their dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring accurate attendance records and seamless day-to-day operations. The role will entail:

• Monitoring and updating daily attendance records with precision
• Liaising with staff, students, and parents to resolve attendance queries
• Generating reports and analysing attendance trends
• Supporting safeguarding procedures through timely data management
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain compliance and consistency
• You will also support o Reception when required

You must hold schools experience to be considered for this role.What you'll need to succeedYou will have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
