Role: Mixologist – Rooftop Bar at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)

40 hours (5 Days out of 7 Days weekly rota)

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. ‘Project A’ is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London. 

About the Role: 

We’re seeking a passionate Mixologist to bring creativity, craft and personality to our rooftop bar. You’ll deliver standout cocktails, help evolve our menu and create memorable guest moments.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Create and serve high‑quality cocktails with precision and flair.
• Develop signature and seasonal cocktail creations.
• Engage guests with confident recommendations and storytelling.
• Maintain bar setup, stock control and cleanliness to premium standards.
• Support training and development of bar colleagues.

Who You Are: 

• Experienced bartender or mixologist with strong spirits knowledge.
• Creative, detail‑driven and guest‑focused.
• Confident communicator
